Nursing Competencies Attitudes and Readiness of Senior Nursing Students In ASEAN Community

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะทางการพยาบาล ทัศนคติ และความพร้อมในการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนของนักศึกษาพยาบาล และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะทางการพยาบาล ทัศนคติ กับความพร้อมในการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนนักศึกษาพยาบาล ประชากร คือนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลและสุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสวนสุนันทา จำนวน 117 คน ทำการสุ่มแบบง่ายได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น โดยสอบถามเกี่ยวกับ สมรรถนะทางการพยาบาล ทัศนคติ และความพร้อมในการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนของนักศึกษาพยาบาล และผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา (content validity) จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน คำนวณค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (Index of item objective congruence : IOC) ได้ค่า IOC = 0.82, 0.87 และ 0.97 ตามลำดับ และนำมาหาความเชื่อมั่น (reliability) โดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค (Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient) ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.95, 0.76 และ 0.94 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะทางการพยาบาล ทัศนคติ กับความพร้อมในการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียนของนักศึกษาพยาบาล โดยใช้สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะทางการพยาบาลในการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean = 3.88, SD = 0.43) ทัศนคติในการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี (Mean = 3.97, SD = 0.43) และความพร้อมในการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean = 3.71, SD = 0.46) เมื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ พบว่า สมรรถนะทางการพยาบาล กับความพร้อมในการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล มีความสัมพันธ์กันในเชิงบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r= .544) และ ทัศนคติ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความพร้อมในการเป็นประชาคมอาเซียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r= .294)
