การประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะพยาบาลสู่อาเซียน ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารการพยาบาล

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะพยาบาลสู่อาเซียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารการพยาบาลที่รับผิดชอบงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล จากโรงพยาบาลของ 12 เขตสุขภาพ และกรุงเทพ ที่มีจำนวนเตียงรับผู้ป่วยมากที่สุดเป็นลำดับที่ 1 และ 2 แยกเป็นโรงพยาบาลรัฐบาลรัฐและเอกชน เขตละ 4 แห่ง ๆ ละ 2 คน เก็บข้อมูลได้ 67 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะพยาบาลสู่อาเซียน ค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค ได้เท่ากับ 0.978 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการส่งแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน และใช้เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified) ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น
ผลการวิจัยสรุปดังนี้ 1) ความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะพยาบาลสู่อาเซียน มีค่า PNImodified ระหว่าง 0.14-0.51 มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 0.31 ซึ่งพบว่าความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะพยาบาลสู่อาเซียน ที่มีค่า PNImodified มากกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยทั้งสิ้น 27 สมรรถนะ 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นของสมรรถนะพยาบาลสู่อาเซียนเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย 5 ข้อแรก ได้แก่ (1) ด้านใช้กระบวนการวิจัยในการแสวงหาความรู้มาพัฒนางานให้ดีขึ้น (PNImodified 0.51) (2) ด้านร่วมมือทำวิจัยที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อผู้ป่วย คำนึงถึงสิทธิของตัวอย่าง และมีจริยธรรมการวิจัย (PNImodified 0.42) (3) ด้านมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างนวัตกรรมเพื่อพัฒนางานให้ดีขึ้น (PNImodified 0.41) (4) ด้านแสวงหาคำตอบในสิ่งที่ไม่รู้โดยการศึกษาหาความรู้เพิ่มเติมจากแหล่งต่างๆ (PNImodified 0.40) และ (5) ด้านการสังเคราะห์ความรู้จากประสบการณ์ของแต่ละบุคคล และถ่ายทอดความรู้นี้ไปสู่ผู้อื่น (PNImodified 0.38)
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีข้อเสนอแนะ ให้สถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลควรจัดกิจกรรมที่ช่วยให้บัณฑิตพยาบาลได้พัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้านการพยาบาล ให้มีความเด่นชัดเป็นที่ประจักษ์แก่ประเทศอาเซียน
