Abstract

This research is development of the application program to facilitate the responsible person to implement of chemicals and hazardous substances safe storage with accuracy and completeness according to Notififcation of according to Notiffifcation of Department of Industrial Work entitled Chemical and Hazardous Substance Storage Manual B.E. 2550. All requirements of warehouse structure and component of building, preventive measure, and chemical and hazardous substance storage categories, special requirement and outside building storage are fulffiflled including safety report for storage hazardous substance. This application program was developed by using Microsoft Excel 2010 and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) which could evaluate accuracy and completeness of all requirements with evaluation satisfaction level of the 70 responsible persons for storage of chemical and hazardous substance. The result of this research on satisfaction level of application program were satisfifed with functional requirement, functional test and usability test, and meet requirements for security test. The overall of satisfaction for program was satisfaction with 2.73 (81.9%). This application program could aid the responsible person for storage of chemical and hazardous substance to implement of chemicals and hazardous substances safe storage accuracy and completeness according to Notiffifcation of DIW entitled Chemical and Hazardous Substance Storage Manual B.E. 2550
