          Chiang Rai Medical Journal, Volume 17, Issue 3, is published in the month marking the anniversary of the journal’s inaugural issue in December 2009. This issue also coincides with the season of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the New Year. On behalf of the editorial board, we would like to extend our best wishes to all readers for happiness, prosperity, and continued success. As in previous issues, the articles published in this issue address a wide range of topics related to the public health sector, encompassing various professions and disciplines. This issue comprises a total of 14 articles, including 12 original articles, 1 case report, and 1 special article. All contributions are of considerable interest and are expected to be highly beneficial to readers and those engaged in the field.
