Factors Influencing of Health Quality of Older Person in Nakornnayok Province

ABSTRACT
This research was a survey research. The objective of this research was study
1) study level of older person health quality in nokornnayok province 2) study level of older person in nakornnayok province can access to health care 3) Predictors of Personal Factors and Accessibility of Health Services to the Quality of Life of the Elderly. The sample was 60 years old for both male and female. The 378 residents of Nakhon Nayok Province are from Krejcie & Morgan and the population distribution is classified by district. Random coincidence.The instrument used was a questionnaire developed by the researcher from the EQ-5D-5L quality-of-life questionnaire, which was validated for content validity. Three of the participants had a CVI of 0.98 and a questionnaire for the reliability of the questionnaire. Cronbach’s coefficient is 0.97. The statistics used are descriptive statistics. Elderly in Nakhon Nayok province had good quality of life in general. (Utility 0.92). Access to health services was at a high level (mean = 75.35, SD = 0.72) Personal factors and access to health services can not predict the quality of life of the elderly in Nakhon Nayok. F = .047, p = .05 The results of this study are that only in Nakhon Nayok province can not predict the elderly in other areas. The population should be more comprehensive.
