ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี

การวิจัยเชิงทำนายครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง ในจังหวัดอุบลราชธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคเรื้อรังในชุมชน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำนวน 161 คน คัดเลือกตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดและใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย ระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม 2564 ถึง เดือนมีนาคม 2565 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ดูแล 2) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้สูงอายุโรคเรื้อรัง 3) แบบสอบถามการเข้าถึงการรับบริการสุขภาพ 4) แบบประเมินการสนับสนุนทางสังคม 5) แบบวัดภาระของผู้ดูแล และ 6) แบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง โดยแบบประเมิน 3,4,5 และ 6 มีการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องในเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .87, .84, .97 และ .95 ตามลำดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค .83, .81, .91 และ .87 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ Eta สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังอยู่ในระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 95.70 (M=76.47, SD=8.96) มีการเข้าถึงการรับบริการสุขภาพในระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 76.50 (M=31.51, SD=7.62) ได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมในระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 64.60 (M=48.85, SD=9.95) และภาระของผู้ดูแลมีภาระปานกลางถึงมาก ร้อยละ 52.50 (M=46.48, SD=9.63)
2. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์ในการดูแล ภาวะสุขภาพของผู้ดูแล ภาระของผู้ดูแล และการได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม โดยสามารถร่วมอธิบายความผันแปรของคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังได้ร้อยละ 51.20 (R2 = .512, p<.001)
บุคลากรทางด้านสุขภาพที่รับผิดชอบงานดูแลผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน และหน่วยงานด้านผู้สูงอายุ ควรให้ความสำคัญผู้ดูแล ฝึกทักษะในการดูแลพื้นฐานผู้สูงอายุที่เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรังให้กับผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวให้เกิดประสบการณ์เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจในการดูแล วางแผนการดูแลตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นเพื่อลดภาระของผู้ดูแล นอกจากนี้ควรเพิ่มแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม เพื่อให้ผู้ดูแลมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีในการสร้างเสริมสมรรถนะเพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานดูแลผู้สูงอายุโรคเรื้อรังให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งจะทำให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีได้
