บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: สำรวจความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะในโรคติดเชื้อระบบทางเดินหายใจส่วนบน โรคอุจจาระร่วงเฉียบพลันและบาดแผลสดจากอุบัติเหตุของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน(อสม.)ในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ วิธีการ: การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ เก็บข้อมูลจากตัวอย่าง อสม.ที่สุ่มเลือกมาในจังหวัดชัยภูมิ ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม – มีนาคม 2563 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามชนิดตอบด้วยตนเองจำนวน 30 ข้อ โรคละ 10 ข้อ คะแนนเต็มในแต่ละโรค คือ 10 คะแนน ผลการวิจัย: อสม.ตอบแบบสอบถามและส่งกลับจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 416 คน อสม.มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะในทั้งสามโรคโดยเฉลี่ยใกล้เคียงกัน โดยค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความรู้ คือ 6.75 ± 1.41 คะแนน(บาดแผลสดจากอุบัติเหตุ) 6.60 ± 1.83 คะแนน (ติดเชื้อระบบทางเดินหายใจส่วนบน) และ 6.34 ± 1.65 คะแนน(อุจจาระร่วงเฉียบพลัน) จากทั้งหมด 30 คำถาม อสม.ตอบถูกเกินร้อยละ 50 ใน 22 ข้อ ร้อยละของการตอบถูกอยู่ในช่วงร้อยละ 55.53 ถึง 99.04 อสม.ตอบคำถามได้ถูกต้องน้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 ใน 8 ข้อคำถาม (อยู่ในช่วงร้อยละ 15.14 ถึง 45.67) ข้อคำถามที่ อสม.ตอบผิดสูงสุด(มีผู้ตอบถูก ร้อยละ 15.4) คือ “บาดแผลสดที่มีโอกาสติดเชื้อสูง สามารถป้องกันการติดเชื้อได้ด้วยการกินยาปฏิชีวนะนาน 7 วัน” สรุป: อสม.ในการศึกษานี้มีความรู้ที่ถูกต้องในการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะของทั้งสามโรคนี้ในระดับปานกลางและมีข้อคำถามที่ อสม.ยังเข้าใจไม่ถูกต้องจึงควรมีการอบรมให้ความรู้ที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะแก่ อสม. เนื่องจากการมีความรู้ที่ไม่ถูกต้องย่อมนำไปสู่พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะที่ไม่เหมาะสม นอกจากนี้ อสม.เป็นบุคคลสำคัญที่จะเผยแพร่ความรู้ที่ถูกต้องแก่ชุมชนได้ต่อไป
