บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมของการใช้วิธีการสำรวจแบบเร่งด่วนร่วมกับวิธีการสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อค้นหาปัญหายาและผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพใน 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน 2) การปฏิบัติได้เองของชุมชน 3) การใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีในชุมชน และ 4) ระยะเวลาดำเนินการที่สอดคล้องกับปฏิทินชุมชน วิธีการ: การศึกษานี้เป็นการประเมินกระบวนการของการทดลองภาคสนาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชน 22 คนในหมู่บ้านโนนหัวนา ตำบลศรีสุข อำเภอสีชมพู จังหวัดขอนแก่น ที่อาสาเป็นผู้นำในการออกแบบ วางแผน และค้นหาปัญหาในช่วงเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2560 ก่อนดำเนินการ ผู้วิจัยอบรมตัวอย่างและแจกคู่มือการค้นหาปัญหาเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินการ การประเมินความเหมาะสมของวิธีการค้นหาปัญหาทำโดย 1) ผู้วิจัยใช้แบบประเมินและแบบจดบันทึกการสังเกตพฤติกรรม 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างตอบแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นต่อวิธีการและการอภิปรายกลุ่ม ผลการวิจัย: ผลการประเมินโดยผู้วิจัยและกลุ่มตัวอย่างสอดคล้องกัน คือ วิธีการสำรวจแบบเร่งด่วนและการสนทนากลุ่มมีลักษณะที่ 1) ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมดำเนินการได้ในระดับมาก 2) ชุมชนสามารถปฏิบัติขั้นตอนส่วนใหญ่ได้เอง 3) มีการใช้ทรัพยากรในชุมชนดำเนินการเป็นส่วนใหญ่ และ 4) ช่วงเวลาดำเนินการสอดคล้องกับปฏิทินชุมชนมาก กิจกรรมที่ชุมชนยังขาดศักยภาพในการดำเนินการ คือ การพัฒนาแบบสำรวจ การวิเคราะห์ และสรุปข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสำรวจ สรุป: วิธีการสำรวจแบบเร่งด่วนและการสนทนากลุ่มมีความเหมาะสมในการใช้เพื่อค้นหาปัญหายาและผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพในชุมชน เภสัชกรปฐมภูมิที่รับผิดชอบงานดูแลสุขภาพชุมชน ควรหาแนวทางพัฒนาศักยภาพการออกแบบสำรวจและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอย่างง่ายเพื่อให้ชุมชนสามารถค้นหาปัญหาได้ด้วยตนเอง
