ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ของประชากรในอำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 วิธีการ: การศึกษานี้ใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้รับบริการในหน่วยบริการสุขภาพ 10 แห่งของอำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 817 ราย แบบสอบถามประกอบด้วยคำถามปัจจัยทั่วไป ปัจจัยด้านแรงจูงใจ และด้านทัศนคติที่อาจส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ผลการวิจัย: อายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส อาชีพ และบุคคลที่อาศัยร่วมกันในบ้านไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจฉีดวัคซีนฯ แต่ผู้ชายฉีดวัคซีนน้อยกว่าผู้หญิง 0.67 เท่าตัว (OR= 0.67, 95%Cl: 0.52 – 0.88) ผู้ที่เชื่อในความปลอดภัยของวัคซีน ฉีดวัคซีนมากกว่าตัวอย่างที่ไม่เห็นด้วย 6.15 เท่า (OR= 6.15, 95%Cl: 2.85 – 13.27) สรุป: การทำให้ประชาชนตัดสินใจฉีดวัคซีนโควิด-19 เพิ่มขึ้น จะต้องให้ความสำคัญกับความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยของวัคซีน โดยเฉพาะยิ่งในผู้ชาย
