บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาผลการประเมินการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานวิธีปฏิบัติที่ดีทางเภสัชกรรมของสถานที่ขายยาแผนปัจจุบันในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร และศึกษาปัญหาจากการปฏิบัติตามวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชนในสถานที่ขายยาแผนปัจจุบัน วิธีการวิจัย : การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ผู้วิจัยทำการตรวจประเมินร้านขายยาโดยใช้แบบบันทึกการประเมินวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชนในสถานที่ขายยาแผนปัจจุบัน ของสำนักยา สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบัน จำนวน 67 แห่ง ผลการวิจัย : ผู้ประกอบการร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชรได้รับใบอนุญาตก่อนวันที่ 25 มิถุนายน 2557 ร้อยละ 56.7 เป็นผู้รับอนุญาตและเป็นผู้มีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการร้อยละ 41.8 ร้านขายยาได้รับอนุญาตในประเภทบุคคลธรรมดาร้อยละ 85.1 และได้รับการรับรองเป็นร้านยาคุณภาพเพียงร้อยละ 7.5 สำหรับผลการประเมินวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชน หมวดที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละของคะแนนสูงที่สุดคือ หมวดที่ 2 อุปกรณ์ (ร้อยละ 99.6) รองลงมาคือหมวดที่ 3 บุคลากร (ร้อยละ 98.5) หมวดที่ 1 สถานที่ขายยาแผนปัจจุบัน (ร้อยละ 95.2) และ หมวดที่ 4 การควบคุมคุณภาพยา (ร้อยละ 90.1) ส่วนที่มีร้อยละของคะแนนเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุดคือ หมวดที่ 5 การปฏิบัติตามวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชน (ร้อยละ 85.4) เมื่อพิจารณาค่าร้อยละของคะแนนต่ำสุดของแต่ละหมวด พบว่า ร้านขายยาทุกแห่งผ่านการประเมิน เนื่องจากค่าคะแนนต่ำสุดเกินร้อยละ 70 สรุป : สถานที่ขายยาแผนปัจจุบันในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชรสามารถปฏิบัติตามวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชนได้ทุกแห่ง โดยไม่มีหมวดใดเป็นปัญหาที่ทำให้ตกมาตรฐานวิธีปฏิบัติทางเภสัชกรรมชุมชน แม้ว่าในบางข้อกำหนดได้รับการประเมินในระดับพอใช้หรือระดับปรับปรุง แต่พิจารณารายละเอียดในแต่ละข้อกำหนดแล้ว ส่วนใหญ่เป็นปัญหาด้านการบริหารจัดการ ซึ่งต้องคอยควบคุมกำกับ และให้คำแนะนำแก่ผู้ประกอบการเพื่อให้แก้ไขปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นและป้องกันไม่ให้ตกเกณฑ์มาตรฐานในภายหน้า
