บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาถึงเหตุผลของการไม่ร่วมมือในการกินยาในมุมมองของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 วิธีการ: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ ซึ่งเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกผู้ป่วยเบาหวานจำนวน 16 คนที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาที่โรงพยาบาลวาริชภูมิ จังหวัดสกลนคร ระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม 2560 – ธันวาคม 2561 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทำโดยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย: ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 3 คน จากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญทั้งหมด 16 คน เป็นผู้ที่รับประทานยาตามแพทย์สั่ง ขณะที่ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญอีก 13 คนไม่รับประทานยาตามที่แพทย์สั่ง โดยมีการปรับลดขนาดยา มีการใช้ยาสมุนไพรร่วมกับยาที่รับจากแพทย์ และไม่รับประทานยาบางรายการ สาเหตุสำคัญที่ทำให้ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญไม่ให้ความร่วมมือในการรับประทานยา ได้แก่ จำนวนรายการยาที่มาก วิธีการกินยาที่ซับซ้อนเกินไป การเกิดอาการผิดปกติจากการกินยาหรือมีประสบการณ์ที่ไม่ดีเกี่ยวกับยา การติดธุระหรือลืม รวมถึงการมีทัศนคติเชิงบวกกับยาสมุนไพร นอกจากนี้ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญมีแบบจำลองการอธิบายความเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคเบาหวานที่แตกต่างกับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ เป็นผลให้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการกินยาตามแนวคิดของตนเอง สรุป: ความเชื่อและการรับรู้ต่อยาของผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญมีผลต่อความร่วมมือในการรับประทานยา บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ควรทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับปรากฏการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในฐานะที่เป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อผลการรักษา และหาวิธีการสร้างแนวทางเพิ่มความร่วมมือในการกินยาของผู้ป่วยต่อไป
