การพัฒนาแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของนักเทคนิคการแพทย์

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อพัฒนาเครื่องมือวัดคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของนักเทคนิคการแพทย์ตามหลักการพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือวิจัย วิธีการ : การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่พัฒนาขึ้น แบบสอบถามผ่านการวิเคราะห์ด้านความตรงตามเนื้อหา คุณภาพของข้อคำถามรายข้อ ความเที่ยง และความตรงตามโครงสร้าง ตัวอย่าง คือ นักเทคนิคการแพทย์ จำนวน 327 คนที่ทำงานในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ผลการศึกษา : แบบวัดฉบับเริ่ม 64 ข้อมีความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยประกอบด้วยคำถามที่มีค่า IOC (indexes of item–objective congruence) > 0.5 อยู่ร้อยละ 93.75 ของจำนวนข้อทั้งหมด เมื่อพัฒนาเสร็จสิ้น แบบวัดประกอบด้วยคำถาม 39 ข้อที่มีค่าสหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างข้อ 0.30–0.70 อยู่ร้อยละ 70.58 ของจำนวนข้อทั้งหมดและคำถามที่มีค่า corrected item-total correlation > 0.30 อยู่ร้อยละ 89.74 ของจำนวนข้อทั้งหมด แบบสอบถามมีสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาทั้งฉบับมีค่า 0.95 ความเที่ยงรายด้านมีค่าระหว่าง 0.86-0.91 จากการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบพบว่า เมื่อสกัดองค์ประกอบด้วยวิธี principal component analysis และหมุนแกนแบบ varimax ได้ 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ โอกาสในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของบุคคลและความก้าวหน้ามั่นคงในงาน ประชาธิปไตยในองค์กรและการบูรณาการทางสังคม คุณค่าของวิชาชีพต่อสังคม สภาพการทำงานที่ปลอดภัยและส่งเสริมสุขภาพ และค่าตอบแทนที่ได้รับเพียงพอและยุติธรรม แต่ละองค์ประกอบมีค่าไอเกนระหว่าง 1.632–13.72 คำถามในแต่ละองค์ประกอบมีจำนวน 3 ข้อขึ้นไปที่มีน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมากกว่า 0.30 นักเทคนิคการแพทย์มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานโดยรวมและในแต่ละองค์ประกอบอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สรุป: แบบวัดที่พัฒนามีคุณภาพของเครื่องมือวิจัยทั้งความตรงตามเนื้อหา ความตรงตามโครงสร้าง ความเที่ยง และคุณภาพของข้อคำถามรายข้อ เหมาะกับลักษณะงานของวิชาชีพเทคนิคการแพทย์
