การบูรณาการบทบาทของเภสัชกรด้านการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในระบบสุขภาพชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาการบูรณาการบทบาทของเภสัชกรด้านการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในระบบสุขภาพชุมชน วิธีการ: การศึกษานี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเภสัชกรและผู้เกี่ยวข้องในระบบสุขภาพชุมชน การสังเกตกระบวนการทำงานของเภสัชกร และการวิจัยเอกสารรวบรวมผลงานของเภสัชกร การวิจัยเก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2558 ถึง กรกฎาคม 2559 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การตีความและให้ความหมายข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ผลการวิจัย: การบูรณาการงานคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในระบบสุขภาพชุมชนไม่ได้มุ่งเน้นเฉพาะประเด็นทางกฎหมาย ที่เน้นการควบคุมหรือกำกับตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีความปลอดภัยเท่านั้น แต่เป็นการก้าวออกจากบริบทของกฎหมายไปหาประชาชนในฐานะผู้บริโภคที่ได้รับผลกระทบโดยตรงจากการบริโภค มิติของปัญหาจึงเชื่อมโยงอยู่กับบริบททางสังคมและวัฒนธรรมของคนในชุมชน กระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหาจึงเป็นการออกแบบร่วมกับชุมชนภายใต้บริบทของชุมชน โดยการค้นหาและพัฒนาศักยภาพของชุมชน บนพื้นฐานความรู้ของชุมชนร่วมกับฐานความรู้ทางวิชาการของเภสัชกรแบบผสมผสาน ด้วยกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ที่ทำให้ชุมชนเกิดการเรียนรู้ที่จะนำไปสู่การเฝ้าระวังปัญหาจนเป็นวิถีปกติของชุมชนอย่างต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน สรุป:การเปิดบทบาทด้านการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคในบริบทชุมชนของเภสัชกรต้องอาศัยการบูรณาการความรู้ ทักษะ และความชำนาญในหลายสาขาเข้าด้วยกัน ทั้งความรู้ทางเภสัชศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ มนุษยศาสตร์ ฯลฯ ที่ต้องได้รับการพัฒนาและฝึกฝน อีกทั้งต้องปรับเปลี่ยนกระบวนทัศน์ในการทำงานของเภสัชกรให้ก้าวข้ามฐานคติทางความคิดแบบวิทยาศาสตร์ไปสู่แนวคิดแบบองค์รวมที่ไม่มุ่งเน้นตนเองเป็นศูนย์กลางของความรู้ แต่เป็นการน้อมตัวเองลงไปหาความรู้ที่มีอยู่ในชุมชนและบูรณาการเข้าด้วยกัน จนเกิดเป็นความรู้ที่เป็นแบบแผนปฏิบัติของชุมชน การให้คุณค่าและความหมายต่อตนเองและงานที่ประโยชน์สุขของสาธารณะ การมองคนอื่นอย่างเท่าเทียม การเห็นตนเองและคนอื่นเป็นมนุษย์ที่มีความสุขทุกข์ร่วมกันในสังคม เป็นการยกระดับการทำงานด้านการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภคของเภสัชกรให้มีคุณค่าและความหมายต่อเพื่อนมนุษย์ เพื่อเยียวยาสังคมตามแนวทางของระบบสุขภาพชุมชนอย่างแท้จริง
