ผลการให้บริบาลทางเภสัชกรรมตามแนวทางการรักษา ผู้ป่วยไมเกรนในร้านยามหาวิทยาลัย: การศึกษานำร่อง

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการรักษาระหว่างกลุ่มผู้ป่วยไมเกรนที่ได้รับการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรมตามแนวทางการรักษาไมเกรนและกลุ่มที่ได้รับการรักษาตามปกติของร้านยา วิธีการ: เป็นการศึกษาเชิงทดลองแบบสุ่ม ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม - 31 มีนาคม 2554 ผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษาจำนวน 46 คน ถูกสุ่มแบ่งกลุ่มเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ได้รับการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรมตามแนวทางการรักษาไมเกรนจำนวน 23 คน (กลุ่มทดลอง) และกลุ่มที่ได้รับการรักษาตามปกติของร้านยา 23 คน (กลุ่มควบคุม) ผู้วิจัยติดตามระดับความปวด ความถี่ของการปวดไมเกรน และสุขภาวะและความสุขโดยรวมเป็นเวลา 2 เดือน ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มทดลองละกลุ่มควบคุมมีระดับความปวดและความถี่ในการปวดไมเกรนไม่แตกต่างกัน ในวันที่ 1, สัปดาห์ที่ 4 และ 8 (p>0.05) แต่ระดับสุขภาวะทางสังคม สุขภาวะทางปัญญา และความสุขโดยรวมในกลุ่มทดลองมากกว่าควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในสัปดาห์ที่ 4 และสัปดาห์ที่ 8 (p<0.05) นอกจากนี้ในสัปดาห์ที่ 8 สุขภาวะทางจิตใจในกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) สรุป: การให้การบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรมตามแนวทางการรักษาไมเกรนแม้จะไม่มีผลต่อระดับความปวดหรือความถี่ของการปวดไมเกรน รวมถึงสุขภาวะทางกายเมื่อเทียบกับการให้บริการตามปกติในร้านยา แต่พบว่าการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรมตามแนวทางการรักษาไมเกรนทำให้สุขภาวะด้านสังคม ปัญญา และจิตใจ และความสุขโดยรวมเพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่าการให้บริการตามปกติในร้านยาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
