บทคัดย่อ

ผู้ป่วยทรุดลงในโรงพยาบาลเป็นความเสี่ยงสำคัญ การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและศึกษาผลการพัฒนาระบบการพยาบาลตอบสนองเร่งด่วน โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ ระหว่างเดือน มีนาคม - ธันวาคม 2567 ในหอผู้ป่วยใน ผู้ป่วยนอกและหอผู้ป่วยหนัก โรงพยาบาลพุทธชินราช พิษณุโลก การพัฒนาแบ่งเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอน 1 วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและวางแผนพัฒนา ขั้นตอน 2 พัฒนาระบบการพยาบาลตอบสนองเร่งด่วน ขั้นตอน 3 นำระบบที่พัฒนาไปใช้ ขั้นตอน 4 ประเมินผลลัพธ์การพัฒนา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาและนำเสนอเป็นความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบข้อมูลด้วยการทดสอบ chi square, paired t และ independent sample t กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลวิจัยพบว่า ความรู้ สมรรถนะ การปฏิบัติ ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพก่อนและหลังแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ความพึงพอใจต่อการพัฒนาระบบอยู่ในระดับมาก ผลลัพธ์ด้านผู้ป่วยพบว่าการย้ายเข้าหอผู้ป่วยหนักโดยไม่ได้วางแผนก่อนและหลังพัฒนาลดลงแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ การปั้มหัวใจโดยไม่ได้วางแผนก่อนและหลังพัฒนาไม่แตกต่างกัน ดังนั้นผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลจึงควรนำระบบการพยาบาลตอบสนองเร่งด่วนไปใช้เพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยกับผู้ป่วยต่อไป
