บทคัดย่อ

การฆ่าตัวตายเป็นปัญหาสำคัญทางสาธารณสุข ทำให้เกิดการสูญเสียมากมาย ข้อมูลในแต่ละพื้นที่อาจเหมือนหรือแตกต่างกัน การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบย้อนหลังครั้งนี้ศึกษาในประชากรที่อาศัยในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบเฝ้าระวังการพยายามทำร้ายตนเอง รง 506.S กับเวชระเบียนของโรงพยาบาลเจ้าพระยายมราช ระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2561-2565 เพื่อประเมินปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการฆ่าตัวตาย พบจำนวนผู้ทำร้ายตนเองไม่สำเร็จกว่า 2 ใน 3 เป็นเพศหญิง สถานภาพสมรสคู่ อายุเฉลี่ย 34.7 ± 15.1 ปี อาชีพรับจ้าง วิธีการที่ใช้มากที่สุด คือ กินยาเกินขนาด สาเหตุที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการฆ่าตัวตายไม่สำเร็จ ได้แก่ เพศ วิธีการทำร้ายตนเอง ความตั้งใจทำจนเสียชีวิต การส่งสัญญาณบ่งบอกว่าจะทำร้ายตนเอง ปัญหาความสัมพันธ์ และปัญหาความเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคเรื้อรัง ผู้ป่วยกว่าครึ่งได้รับการวินิจฉัยเป็นโรคซึมเศร้า สรุปได้ว่ามีหลายปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการฆ่าตัวตายไม่สำเร็จ จึงควรนำปัจจัยเหล่านี้ไปใช้ประกอบในการวางแผนมาตรการดูแลติดตามและจัดทำแนวทางป้องกันการฆ่าตัวตายซ้ำของประชากร
