ข้อมูลการรับรู้และพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองในการป้องกันการเกิดโรคไตเรื้อรังสามารถนำมาวางแผนปรับพฤติกรรมของผู้ป่วยโรค ความดันโลหิตสูงได้ การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ประเมินความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้และพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพ ตนเองในการป้องกันการเกิดโรคไตเรื้อรังโดยศึกษาผู้ป่วยโรคความดัน โลหิตสูงตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ตำบลป่า เซ่า อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน-กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2563 จำนวน 186 คนด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการ ศึกษาพบว่าผู้ป่วยที่ศึกษามีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ในการป้องกันการเกิด โรคไตเรื้อรังภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก มีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพ ตนเองในการป้องกันการเกิดโรคไตเรื้อรังภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ในภาพ รวมการรับรู้มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับต่ำกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองในการป้องกันโรคไตเรื้อรังอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ สรุป ได้ว่าผู้ป่วยที่รับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรค รับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรค และรับรู้ประโยชน์ในการปฏิบัติตัวจะมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเอง ในการป้องกันโรคไตเรื้อรังดีขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตาม ควรศึกษาเชิงลึกถึงปัจจัย อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรับรู้และพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยโรค ความดันโลหิตสูง
