การพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลทันตสุขภาพ

การดูแลทันตสุขภาพผู้ประกันตนเดิมนั้นมุ่งเน้นให้บริการเชิงรับที่โรงพยาบาลเป็นสำคัญ ซึ่งยังไม่ครอบคลุมบริการที่ผู้ประกันตนควรได้รับ ตามประกาศฯ การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการนี้เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลทันต สุขภาพผู้ประกันตน อำเภอพิบูลมังสาหาร จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดย ศึกษาในผู้ประกันตน ผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการ ทันตแพทย์ ทันตาภิ บาล และผู้ช่วยทันตแพทย์ ขั้นตอนการศึกษา 1) ศึกษาบริบทของสถานการณ์ปัญหา 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลทันตสุขภาพผู้ประกันตน และจัดบริการเชิงรุกในสถานประกอบการ 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจและ ความคิดเห็นต่อรูปแบบการดูแลทันตสุขภาพ 4) สรุปปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไข ซึ่งพบว่าโรงพยาบาลมีระบบและแนวทางการดูแลทันต สุขภาพผู้ประกันตนด้วยการให้ทันตสุขศึกษา บริการด้านทันตกรรมป้องกันบริการด้านทันตกรรมรักษา ผู้ประกันตนได้รับบริการด้านทันต กรรมป้องกัน ได้แก่ การตรวจสุขภาพช่องปากร้อยละ 91.1 การเคลือบ หลุมร่องฟันร้อยละ 70.4 และได้รับบริการทันตกรรมรักษา ได้แก่ การขูด หินปูนร้อยละ 98.7 การอุดฟันร้อยละ 10.1 ผู้ประกันตนพึงพอใจต่อรูป แบบการให้บริการทันตกรรมเชิงรุกภาพรวมในระดับมาก ทั้งขั้นตอน ระยะเวลา บุคลากร ระบบเบิกจ่ายและราคาเหมาะสม ทำให้ได้รับบริการ ทันตกรรมที่ครอบคลุมปัญหาช่องปาก อย่างไรก็ตาม ควรเพิ่มช่อง ทางการติดต่อโดยการทำกลุ่มไลน์แยกสถานบริการ หรือจัดระบบสาย ด่วนประกันสังคมด้านทันตกรรมให้ผู้ประกันตนได้รับรู้สิทธิด้านทันตกรรมของตน
