Factors Affecting Perception Understanding and Utilization from Guideline Daily Amounts (GDA) on Snack Products of Undergraduate Students

The research aimed at studying the factors influrencing the outcomes of the
implementation under the University of Happiness Policy (A Happy Organization) of Khon Kaen
University. The quantitative research method was employed. The data was collected by the
questionnaire with 557 samples, the number of which was derived by the proportionate to
size method. The Systematic Random Sampling was conducted from the list of personnel
from 22 faculties and 14 organizations of Khon Kaen University. Completed questionnaires
were collected from 403 cases or 72.35 percent. The data was analyzed using the descriptive
statistics and multiple regressions analysis.
The results found that:
Factors influrencing the outcomes of implementation under the University of Happiness
Policy which was carried out in 8 categories, namely: (1) Happy Body, (2) Happy Heart, (3) Happy
Relax, (4) Happy Brain, (5) Happy Soul, (6) Happy Money, (7) Happy Familys and (8) Happy
Society, included length of time employed by Khon Kaen University, status of being permanent
employees, the highest education level (bachelor’s degree, master’s degrees, PhD degrees)
and attitudes towards the implementation of university happiness policy in faculties/
organizations level. The variables taken into account were able to explain the implementation
of the university under the policy at 17.4 percent
