บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของเภสัชกรต่อบทบาทของบุคคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล (รพ.สต.) ในการส่งเสริมการใช้ยาแผนไทย รวมถึงความรู้ที่จำเป็นเกี่ยวกับยากลุ่มนี้ในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติของบุคคลากรดังกล่าว วิธีการ: การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพครั้งนี้สัมภาษณ์แบบเผชิญหน้าในเภสัชกรในเขตสุขภาพที่ 9 จำนวน 15 คนที่เป็นเภสัชกรระดับชำนาญการขึ้นไป มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านเภสัชกรรมปฐมภูมิและการกำหนดกรอบบัญชียาของหน่วยบริการ รพ.สต. และเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบด้านการพัฒนาคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการจัดบริการใน รพ.สต. การเก็บข้อมูลดำเนินการระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม - กันยายน 2564 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย: บทบาทของบุคคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ใน รพ.สต. ในการส่งเสริมการใช้ยาแผนไทย มี 3 ด้านหลัก คือ 1) ด้านการสั่งจ่ายยาแผนไทยให้แก่ผู้รับบริการ 2) ด้านการให้ความรู้เรื่องยาแผนไทยแก่ประชาชน และ 3) ด้านการให้ความรู้แก่ร้านชำในชุมชน ความรู้ด้านยาแผนไทยในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติที่จำเป็นต้องรู้ ประกอบด้วย 1) ชื่อยาและที่มาของชื่อยา 2) ข้อบ่งใช้และคำศัพท์ทางแผนไทยที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3) ส่วนประกอบของตำรับ 4) ขนาดและวิธีใช้ที่สำคัญ 5) ข้อห้ามใช้ในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยพิเศษ 6) ข้อควรระวัง 7) อาการไม่พึงประสงค์ 8) ยาแผนปัจจุบันที่มีฤทธิ์ใกล้เคียง และ 9) ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนไทย สรุป ในมุมมองของเภสัชกรผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่ปฏิบัติงานใน รพ.สต. มีบทบาทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งเสริมการใช้ยาแผนไทย โดยการสั่งจ่ายยาแผนไทยให้กับผู้ป่วยได้อย่างถูกต้อง และมีบทบาทด้านการสร้างเสริมศักยภาพของชุมชนเพื่อให้สามารถใช้ยาแผนไทยด้วยตนเองอย่างถูกต้อง บุคลากรต้องมีความรู้ด้านยาแผนไทยอย่างน้อยในกลุ่มยาแผนไทยประเภทผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรขายทั่วไปเป็นขั้นพื้นฐาน
