บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อสำรวจรายการยาสมุนไพรในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติฉบับ พ.ศ. 2561 ที่มีจำหน่ายในร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันของจังหวัดอุดรธานี เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายการยาจำแนกตามลักษณะของร้านขายยา และรวบรวมรายการยาสมุนไพรในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติที่ผู้มารับบริการเรียกหา วิธีการ: ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลจากร้านขายยา 200 ร้านที่ได้จากการสุ่มอย่างง่ายจากฐานข้อมูลการขออนุญาตเปิดร้านขายยาของสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดอุดรธานี ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือเภสัชกรผู้มีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการ ผลการวิจัย: เภสัชกรผู้มีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการที่เป็นเจ้าของร้านยา และที่ไม่ใช่เจ้าของร้านยา มีจำนวน 76 และ 124 คน ตามลำดับ ยาสมุนไพรที่พบจำหน่ายมากที่สุด 5 ลำดับแรกคือ ขมิ้นชัน (198 ร้าน ร้อยละ 99.0) ฟ้าทะลายโจร (195 ร้าน ร้อยละ 97.5) มะขามแขก (190 ร้าน ร้อยละ 95.0) ว่านหางจระเข้ (173 ร้าน ร้อยละ 86.5) รางจืด (129 ร้าน ร้อยละ 64.5) ร้านยามีจำนวนรายการยาจำหน่ายเฉลี่ย 18.1 รายการจาก 74 รายการที่บรรจุในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติ (ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 7.0 ค่าสูงสุด 42 ค่าต่ำสุด 4) ร้านขายยาที่มีจำนวนชั่วโมงในการเปิดทำการ 10 ชั่วโมงขึ้นไปต่อวัน มีจำนวนรายการยาสมุนไพรมากกว่าร้านที่เปิดน้อยกว่า 10 ชั่วโมงต่อวันอย่าง (ผลต่างค่าเฉลี่ย 3.22, 95% CI= 1.00,5.44, P= 0.005) ยาสมุนไพรในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติที่ถูกเรียกหามากที่สุด 5 ลำดับแรก จาก 630 คำตอบที่ได้ คือ ฟ้าทะลายโจร (125 รายการ ร้อยละ19.8) ขมิ้นชันแคปซูล (120 รายการ ร้อยละ 19.1) มะขามแขก (62 รายการ ร้อยละ 9.8) ยาน้ำแก้ไอมะขามป้อม (59 รายการ ร้อยละ 9.4) เพชรสังฆาต (56 รายการ ร้อยละ 8.9) สรุป: จำนวนยาสมุนไพรในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติที่มีจำหน่ายในร้านขายยาในจังหวัดอุดรธานี ยังมีอยู่ไม่ถึงร้อยละ 25 ของรายการยาสมุนไพรทั้งหมดในบัญชียาหลักแห่งชาติ ยาที่ผู้รับบริการส่วนใหญ่เรียกหาเป็นยาในกลุ่มยาพัฒนาจากสมุนไพร
