ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019: กรณีศึกษาในชุมชนแห่งหนึ่งของจังหวัดมหาสารคาม

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรดังกล่าวในประชาชนของชุมชนแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดมหาสารคาม วิธีการ: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบพรรณนา เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 180 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่วัดความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรค COVID-19 ผลการวิจัย: ตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุช่วงระหว่าง 41 – 60 ปี จบการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา และประกอบอาชีพเป็นเกษตรกร ในด้านความรู้ในการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อ COVID-19 ส่วนใหญ่ตอบคำถามได้ถูกต้องโดยความรู้ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 83.9 ของตัวอย่าง) ตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีคะแนนทัศนคติรายข้อในระดับสูง และมีทัศนคติโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ 80.0) คะแนนพฤติกรรมรายข้อและพฤติกรรมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ75.0) ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อCOVID-19 มีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ สรุป: ตัวอย่างมีความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมในการป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อ COVID-19 อยู่ในระดับสูง ตัวแปรทั้งสามมีความสัมพันธ์กันในเชิงบวก บุคลากรทางสุขภาพจึงควรส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนมีความรู้ เพื่อให้เกิดพฤติกรรมที่ดีในการป้องกันโรคนี้
