ความรู้และความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางการแพทย์ของเภสัชกรโรงพยาบาลรัฐ

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ความคิดเห็น และปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความรู้และความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางการแพทย์ของเภสัชกรโรงพยาบาลรัฐ วิธีการ: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้เก็บข้อมูลโดยส่งแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์ไปยังเภสัชกรผู้ปฏิบัติงานบริการเภสัชกรรมในโรงพยาบาลรัฐทั่วประเทศ จำนวน 2,110 ฉบับ ระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายนถึง กรกฎาคม 2563 เพื่อสอบถามข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความรู้และความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางการแพทย์ ผลการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่งแบบสอบถามกลับ 684 ชุด (ร้อยละ 32.4) ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 70.8) อายุเฉลี่ย 37.4±8.2 ปี โดยอยู่ในทีมให้บริการคลินิกกัญชาทางการแพทย์ ร้อยละ 56.6 เคยเข้าร่วมการอบรมเกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางการแพทย์ ร้อยละ 67.8 เภสัชกรมีคะแนนความรู้เฉลี่ยเกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางการแพทย์ 10.9±1.9 จากคะแนนเต็ม 15 คะแนน คะแนนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางการแพทย์เฉลี่ย 2.9±0.6 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 5 คะแนน มีระดับความคิดเห็นไม่แน่ใจกับการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์ (ร้อยละ 49) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางการแพทย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ประเภทโรงพยาบาล (P=0.046) เขตสุขภาพที่ปฏิบัติงาน (P=0.014) การเป็นโรงพยาบาลนำร่องการให้บริการกัญชาทางการแพทย์ (P=0.046) การมีคลินิกกัญชาทางการแพทย์ (P=0.032) และประวัติการเข้าร่วมอบรมเกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางการแพทย์ (P<0.001) ส่วนปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้กัญชาทางการแพทย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ระยะเวลาในการทำงาน (P=0.016) และเขตสุขภาพที่ปฏิบัติงาน (P=0.007) สรุป: เภสัชกรส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกัญชาทางแพทย์ แต่ยังไม่แน่ใจกับการใช้กัญชาทางแพทย์เนื่องจากมีข้อกังวลในแง่ผลกระทบต่อสังคม
