บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของแบบทดสอบความรู้การใช้ยาเบื้องต้นสำหรับผู้ดูแลกล่องยาประจำหอพักที่นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาอาศัย วิธีการ: ผู้วิจัยทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ยาเบื้องต้นและยาในหอพัก จากนั้น ผู้วิจัยสร้างแบบทดสอบความรู้ชุดที่ 1 แล้วประเมินความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยคำนวณดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (Index of Item-Objective Congruence; IOC) จากการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 5 คน จากนั้นจึงปรับปรุงข้อคำถามเพื่อสร้างแบบทดสอบความรู้ชุดที่ 2 แล้วนำเครื่องมือไปทดลองเบื้องต้นในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ดูแลกล่องยาจำนวน 30 คน เพื่อประเมินระยะเวลาการทำแบบทดสอบและตรวจสอบความเข้าใจต่อการใช้ภาษา จากนั้นจึงปรับปรุงข้อคำถามอีกครั้งจนได้แบบทดสอบความรู้ชุดที่ 3 ซึ่งใช้ทดสอบในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ดูแลกล่องยาภาคสนาม จำนวน 150 คน การศึกษาคำนวณความเที่ยงตามสูตรของ Kuder-Richardson 21 (KR-21) ความยากง่าย (ค่า p) และอำนาจจำแนก (ค่า r) ของแบบทดสอบ จากนั้นจึงปรับปรุงข้อคำถามตามผลของการประเมินคุณภาพจนได้แบบทดสอบความรู้ฉบับสุดท้าย ผลการวิจัย: แบบทดสอบความรู้การใช้ยาเบื้องต้นสำหรับผู้ดูแลกล่องยาประจำหอพักที่นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาอาศัยประกอบด้วยคำถาม 20 ข้อ ซึ่งทดสอบความรู้ด้านการใช้ยา 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ การใช้ยาอย่างถูกคน ถูกโรค ถูกวิธี ถูกขนาด และถูกเวลา จำนวนด้านละ 4 ข้อ แบบทดสอบมีความตรงตามเนื้อหา (IOC 0.60-1.00) และมีค่าความเที่ยง 0.54 ตามลำดับ ความยากง่ายอยู่ในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ (ค่า P 0.39-0.80) และมีอำนาจจำแนกระดับยอมรับได้และดี (ค่า r=0.24-0.50) สรุป: แบบทดสอบความรู้การใช้ยาเบื้องต้นที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีคุณภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของเครื่องมือ “แบบทดสอบ” และสามารถนำไปใช้วัดความรู้การใช้ยาเบื้องต้นสำหรับผู้ดูแลกล่องยา เพื่อเป็นแนวทางส่งเสริมการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลในหอพักที่นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาอาศัยต่อไป
