บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางด้านการตลาดและด้านการเงินในการเพิ่มบริการทางเภสัชกรรมที่ร้าน RAMA Health Shop ซึ่งปัจจุบันเป็นร้านจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์สุขภาพที่ไม่ใช่ยา เช่น เวชสำอาง อาหารทางการแพทย์ เวชภัณฑ์ทางการแพทย์ วิธีการ: ผู้วิจัยรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจากผู้ที่คาดว่าจะมาใช้บริการที่ร้าน RAMA Health Shop จำนวน 400 คนในเรื่องของคู่แข่งขันทางการตลาด พฤติกรรมการใช้บริการร้านยา และส่วนประสมทางการตลาดที่มีผลจูงใจให้เลือกใช้บริการร้านยา การศึกษายังวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการเงินตามแนวทางการวิเคราะห์ทางธุรกิจโดยใช้ข้อมูลผลดำเนินการของร้าน ผลการวิจัย: สินค้าที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกซื้อในร้านยามากที่สุด คือ ยาแผนปัจจุบัน (ร้อยละ 43.86) กลุ่มยาแก้ปวดเป็นประเภทยาที่เลือกซื้อมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 24.26) เหตุผลในการซื้อยาคือ ซื้อเพื่อรักษาอาการเจ็บป่วย (ร้อยละ 44.96)  ผู้ที่มีอิทธิพลในการตัดสินใจซื้อยามากที่สุด คือ ตัวเอง (ร้อยละ 32.34) กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้บริการขอคำปรึกษาด้านยาจากเภสัชกรมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 39.99) กลุ่มตัวอย่างให้ความสำคัญมากที่สุดสำหรับปัจจัยส่วนประสมทางการตลาดด้านบุคลากร (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.36 จากคะแนนเต็ม 5) โครงการมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนด้วยการคิดลด 105 วัน และมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ 9,658,881 บาท สรุป: มีความเป็นไปได้ทั้งทางด้านการตลาดและด้านการเงินในการเพิ่มบริการทางเภสัชกรรมที่ร้าน RAMA Health Shop
