บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อพัฒนาวิธีหยอดตาโดยใช้มือข้างเดียว วิธีการ: การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนาโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ได้แก่ 1) การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกในกลุ่มสหสาขาวิชาชีพ เพื่อนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนาวิธีหยอดตาโดยใช้มือข้างเดียว 2) การสร้างคำอธิบายที่สามารถเข้าใจได้โดยง่าย และถ่ายภาพวิธีหยอดตาแต่ละวิธี 3) การนำแต่ละวิธีหยอดตาที่สร้างขึ้นให้กลุ่มสหสาขาวิชาชีพประเมินแบบปกปิดในหัวข้อความแม่นยำ ความปลอดภัย และความสะดวกในการปฏิบัติ และ 4) การคัดเลือกจนเหลือ 3 วิธี ที่ได้รับคะแนนประเมินในภาพรวมสูงที่สุด จากนั้นนำไปให้กลุ่มสหสาขาวิชาชีพประเมินความเป็นไปได้สำหรับการนำไปใช้จริงในผู้ป่วยโดยใช้หลักการออกแบบเพื่อทุกคน และทดสอบในกลุ่มอาสาสมัครสุขภาพดีจำนวน 30 ท่าน เพื่อเลือกวิธีที่ดีที่สุดเพียงวิธีเดียว ผลการวิจัย: จากวิธีหยอดตาโดยใช้มือข้างเดียวทั้ง 10 วิธี ถูกนำไปประเมินและทดสอบ วิธีการใช้นิ้วนางและนิ้วก้อยดึงเปลือกตาล่างลงมาเป็นกระพุ้งแล้วใช้นิ้วชี้และนิ้วโป้งจับขวดยาเป็นวิธีที่แม่นยำและความปลอดภัยมากที่สุด สรุป: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ทำให้ได้วิธีหยอดตาโดยใช้มือข้างเดียวที่แม่นยำและปลอดภัย ซึ่งมีชื่อว่า “เอ็น ยู ดรอป”
