บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการนำเข้าข้อมูลจากส่วนภูมิภาคเข้าสู่ระบบสารสนเทศใบอนุญาตด้านยาและวัตถุเสพติด (E-logistic) วิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2559 โดยเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากประชากรซึ่งเป็นผู้ใช้งานโปรแกรม E-logistic ของงานใบอนุญาตด้านยาและวัตถุเสพติดในส่วนภูมิภาคจำนวน 302 คน ตัวแปรอิสระที่วัดในแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ลักษณะทางประชากร องค์ประกอบของระบบสารสนเทศ คุณลักษณะของสารสนเทศที่ดี การยอมรับและการใช้เทคโนโลยี และการรู้สารสนเทศ ตัวแปรตามที่เก็บจากฐานข้อมูล คือ สัดส่วนของข้อมูลใบอนุญาตที่นำเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูลต่อใบอนุญาตทั้งหมดของแต่ละจังหวัด ผลการศึกษา: อัตราการตอบกลับแบบสอบถามเท่ากับร้อยละ 43.38 (131 คน) มัธยฐานของสัดส่วนการนำเข้าข้อมูลจากส่วนภูมิภาค (95 % CI) คือ 1.120 (0.982-1.187) เท่าของจำนวนใบอนุญาตทั้งหมดของแต่ละจังหวัด ผู้ใช้งานระบบ E-logistic รายงานว่า องค์ประกอบของระบบสารสนเทศ การยอมรับและการใช้เทคโนโลยีของตน คุณลักษณะของสารสนเทศที่ดีของ E-logistic และการรู้สารสนเทศของตนนั้น อยู่ในระดับที่ดี แต่ปัจจัยเหล่านี้ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสัดส่วนการนำเข้าข้อมูลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P =0.665) สรุป: ควรมีการศึกษาเพิ่มเติมถึงปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการนำเข้าข้อมูลโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการนำเข้าข้อมูล
