การสำรวจกิจกรรมการปฏิบัติงานเชิงวิชาชีพของเภสัชกรในร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันทั่วประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อสำรวจกิจกรรมการปฏิบัติงานเชิงวิชาชีพของเภสัชกรในร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันของประเทศไทย วิธีการ: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง กิจกรรมเชิงวิชาชีพที่ศึกษาประกอบด้วย 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารคลังยา ด้านบริการเภสัชกรรมขั้นพื้นฐาน และด้านบริการเสริม ผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจาก 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ 1) เภสัชกรผู้มีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการในร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบัน 388 แห่งที่เลือกมาอย่างสุ่มจากร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันทั่วประเทศ ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์ให้ตัวอย่างกลุ่มนี้ 2) เภสัชกรผู้มีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการในร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันที่เข้าร่วมงานประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี พ.ศ. 2559 ของสมาคมเภสัชกรรมชุมชน ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลจากตัวอย่างกลุ่มนี้โดยการกระจายแบบสอบถามระหว่างการประชุม การศึกษานี้ถือว่า ตัวอย่างปฏิบัติกิจกรรมเชิงวิชาชีพได้หากปฏิบัติกิจกรรมดังกล่าวได้ครบถ้วนตามขอบเขตของกิจกรรมที่กำหนดไว้ในแบบสอบถามอย่างน้อยร้อยละ 49.50 ของจำนวนครั้งที่ปฏิบัติ ผลการวิจัย: แบบสอบถามที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล 423 ฉบับ มาจากการเก็บข้อมูลทางไปรษณีย์ 280 ฉบับ และจากงานประชุมวิชาการฯ 143 ฉบับ กิจกรรมเชิงวิชาชีพที่ตัวอย่างสามารถปฏิบัติได้มากที่สุด (ปฏิบัติได้ตามขอบเขตที่กำหนดอย่างน้อยร้อยละ 49.50 ของจำนวนครั้ง) คือ การคัดเลือกยาที่เหมาะสมแก่ผู้ป่วย 407 แห่ง (ร้อยละ 96.22 ของตัวอย่าง) รองลงมา ได้แก่ การส่งมอบยา 402 แห่ง (ร้อยละ 95.04 ของตัวอย่าง) และการป้องกันการแพ้ยาซ้ำ 383 แห่ง (ร้อยละ 90.54 ของตัวอย่าง) กิจกรรมเหล่านี้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นกิจกรรมด้านบริการเภสัชกรรมขั้นพื้นฐาน ส่วนกิจกรรมที่ตัวอย่างปฏิบัติได้น้อยที่สุด คือ การเยี่ยมบ้าน 21 แห่ง (ร้อยละ 4.96 ของตัวอย่าง) รองลงมา ได้แก่ การให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรคด้วยวัคซีนในเด็กอายุ 0 – 14 ปี 62 แห่ง (ร้อยละ 14.73 ของตัวอย่าง) และการผลิตยาตามใบสั่งยา 68 แห่ง (ร้อยละ 16.08 ของตัวอย่าง) กิจกรรมเหล่านี้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นกิจกรรมด้านบริการเสริม ร้านยาแบบสาขามีแนวโน้มการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมเชิงวิชาชีพต่าง ๆ ได้มากกว่าร้านยาเดี่ยว สรุป: กิจกรรมเชิงวิชาชีพส่วนใหญ่ที่เภสัชกรในร้านขายยาแผนปัจจุบันปฏิบัติได้มาก มักเป็นกิจกรรมด้านบริการเภสัชกรรมขั้นพื้นฐาน ส่วนกิจกรรมด้านบริการเสริมมีการปฏิบัติได้น้อยกว่า ภาครัฐหรือผู้ที่ส่วนเกี่ยวข้องควรให้การสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมเชิงวิชาชีพต่างๆ ของเภสัชกรในร้านยาให้มีความครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์มากขึ้น
