บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการให้ข้อมูลยาแก่ผู้ป่วยของสถานพยาบาลประเภทที่ไม่รับผู้ป่วยไว้ค้างคืนในจังหวัดชลบุรี และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อการให้ข้อมูลยาแก่ผู้ป่วยดังกล่าว วิธีการ: ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์ให้ผู้ดำเนินการสถานพยาบาลประเภทที่ไม่รับผู้ป่วยไว้ค้างคืนประเภทคลินิกเวชกรรมและเวชกรรมเฉพาะทางในจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 402 คน เพื่อสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปของสถานพยาบาลและผู้ดำเนินการสถานพยาบาล ความคิดเห็นของผู้ดำเนินการสถานพยาบาลต่อการให้ข้อมูลยา และการให้ข้อมูลยาแก่ผู้ป่วย ผลการวิจัย: อัตราการตอบกลับของกลุ่มตัวอย่างคิดเป็นร้อยละ 42.79 (n=172) ตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 79.7) เห็นด้วยต่อการให้ข้อมูลยาแก่ผู้ป่วย ตัวอย่างร้อยละ 11.6 ให้ข้อมูลยาด้านต่าง ๆ ด้วยการเขียนฉลากอย่างครบถ้วน และร้อยละ 33.1 ของสถานพยาบาลให้ข้อมูลยาด้านต่างๆ ด้วยการให้คำแนะนำอย่างครบถ้วน สถานพยาบาลที่บันทึกเวชระเบียนผู้ป่วยด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ให้ข้อมูลยาด้วยการเขียนฉลากมากกว่าสถานพยาบาลที่ใช้ใบบันทึกเวชระเบียนผู้ป่วยในรูปกระดาษ (p=0.027) การให้ข้อมูลยาด้วยการให้คำแนะนำมีมากกว่าในสถานพยาบาลที่ผู้ดำเนินการมีอายุน้อยกว่า 45 ปี (p=0.017) มีประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินการสถานพยาบาล ≤ 11 ปี (p=0.049) เป็นคลินิกเวชกรรม(p=0.034) ระยะเวลาในการประกอบกิจการของคลินิก ≤ 10 ปี (p=0.049) ช่วงเวลาที่เปิดทำการของคลินิก ≥ 5 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน (p=0.004) และรายได้ต่อเดือนของสถานพยาบาล ≥ 100,001 บาท (p=0.033) สรุป: สถานพยาบาลประเภทที่ไม่รับผู้ป่วยไว้ค้างคืนในจังหวัดชลบุรีจำนวนมากยังให้ข้อมูลยาแก่ผู้ป่วยไม่ครบถ้วน ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการให้ข้อมูลยาในสถานพยาบาลดังกล่าวเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยมีการใช้ยาอย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัยต่อไป
