บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาอุบัติการณ์ของอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากยาเคมีบำบัดในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระบบโลหิตวิทยา วิธีการ: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาที่เก็บข้อมูลในผู้ป่วยทุกรายที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัดเพื่อรักษามะเร็งระบบโลหิตวิทยา ณ หอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรมชาย 2 โรงพยาบาลสงขลานครินทร์ ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2556 ถึง มกราคม พ.ศ. 2557 เภสัชกรประเมินระดับความรุนแรงของอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ที่เกิดขึ้นโดยใช้ CTCAE version 4.0 ผลการวิจัย: ผู้ร่วมการศึกษาทั้ง 35 ราย เกิดอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากยาเคมีบำบัดรวมทั้งสิ้น 90 เหตุการณ์ สูตรยาเคมีบำบัดที่ผู้ป่วยได้รับมากที่สุด คือ Hyper CVAD (ร้อยละ 34.28) อาการไม่พึงประสงค์ที่พบได้แก่ ความผิดปกติของระบบเลือด ร้อยละ 74 สมดุลเกลือแร่ผิดปกติ ร้อยละ 14 อาการทางระบบทางเดินอาหารและลำไส้ ร้อยละ 7 และอาการทางระบบประสาท ร้อยละ 5 ระดับความรุนแรงของอาการไม่พึงประสงค์ที่พบส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับที่ 3 สรุป: อาการไม่พึงประสงค์ที่พบในการศึกษาเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการหาแนวทางป้องกันและแก้ไขภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัดในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระบบโลหิตวิทยา
