Musculoskeletal disorders are significant occupational health issues frequently encountered across all professions. The associated pain leads to stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and depression, thereby impacting overall quality of life, these issues stem from ergonomic factors. This study aimed to examine the effects of an ergonomics and stretching exercise program on pain and quality of life among personnel with office syndrome at Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital. A quasi-experimental study using a one-group pretest-posttest design was conducted among 32 personnel. The duration of the study was nine weeks. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize participants' demographic characteristics. The differences in median scores on ergonomics knowledge, pain levels, and quality of life scores before and after receiving this program were compared using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. After participating in the program, it was found that median ergonomics knowledge score, pain level and quality of life score were improved (all p < 0.001). This program can reduce pain, suffering and improve the overall quality of life and all eight dimensions of quality of life for personnel suffering from office syndrome (all p < 0.001). In conclusion, after the ergonomics education and stretching exercise program, pain levels decreased, while ergonomic knowledge and quality of life improved among personnel suffering from office syndrome
