Central nervous system surgery techniques for both brain and spinal cord tumors are a complex and challenging surgical procedure. Concerns regarding patient safety, potential complications, and the precision of tumor removal are paramount. To address these challenges, neurosurgeons have increasingly adopted intraoperative neuromonitoring and three-dimensional navigation systems to enhance the precision, safety, and outcomes of these procedures. This report presents the first two cases at Phrapoklao Hospital, Chanthaburi, where these advanced technologies were utilized for central nervous system tumor resection. The first case involved a brain tumor and employed a three-dimensional navigation system, while the second case involved a spinal cord tumor and utilized intraoperative neuromonitoring. Both patients experienced excellent outcomes, with no reported complications and a significant improvement in their quality of life. Importantly, this was the first patient at Phrapoklao Hospital in Chanthaburi Province to use this surgical technology. These successful cases align with the hospital's vision to become a modern, state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Eastern Thailand by 2030. The implementation of these advanced technologies has significantly enhanced patient confidence and satisfaction
