This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of using LINE Official Account : FUN DEE as a media in terms of increasing oral hygiene knowledge and to evaluate satisfaction level of pre-school children's parents group (age 2-4 years old). The sample, consisting of 41 participants, made the 10 pre-test questionnaires and then participated in oral health promotion activities sent at 19:00 via the official LINE account (LINE Official Account FUNDEE) to prompt parents to brush their children's teeth before bedtime for 6 weeks. After that the sample went through the same 10 questionnaires as pre-test and also made a satisfaction level questionnaire. Then the data were accumulated and analyzed by using descriptive statistics and paired t-test at the significance level of 0.05. The results indicated that in the increasing in knowledge after participation in activities on LINE OA was statistically significant in both dental caries and oral hygiene care subjects. 80.4% of samples have “extremely satisfied” satisfactory level.
