Management of Unstable Mandibular Denture by Neutral Zone Technique

Abstract

One of the most common problem faced by denture patients is the loose and unstable lower complete denture. Using the neutral zone technique could improved the stability of mandibular complete denture. This article  report a case of 71 years old female, edentulous and severely resorbed mandibular ridge. She was treated for  complete denture construction by utilizing the neutral zone technique. The result was that this technique  enhanced the stability of mandibular denture and masticatory efficiency
