อาการผิดปกติในระบบโครงร่างกล้ามเนื้อเป็นปัญหาด้านอาชีวอนามัยที่่สำคัญที่่พบได้บ่อยในทุกกลุ่มอาชีพ ของคนทำงาน อาการปวดทำให้เกิดความเครียด กลัว วิตกกังวล รบกวนการนอนหลับ และทำให้เกิดภาวะซึมเศร้า ซึ่งส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวม เกิดจากปัจจัยด้านการยศาสตร์ การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของ โปรแกรมการปรับสภาพการทำงานตามหลักการยศาสตร์และการออกกำลังกายด้วยการยืดเหยียดกล้ามเนื้อที่ ส่งผลต่ออาการปวดและคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรที่มีอาการออฟฟิศซินโดรม ณ โรงพยาบาลพุทธชินราช พิษณุโลก เป็นการศึกษากึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียวที่วัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง โดยศึกษาในกลุ่มบุคลากรที่มี อาการออฟฟิศซินโดรมจำนวน 32 คน ระยะเวลาในการศึกษา 9 สัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลด้วยสถิติ เชิงพรรณนา นำเสนอเป็นค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่ามัธยฐาน เปรียบเทียบค่ามัธยฐานคะแนนความรู้เรื่อง หลักการยศาสตร์ ระดับความเจ็บปวด และคุณภาพชีวิตก่อนและหลังการทดลองด้วยสถิติ Wilcoxon signed-rank test ผลการศึกษาพบว่าหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมให้ความรู้ด้านการยศาสตร์และการออกกำลังกายเพื่อยืดเหยียด กล้ามเนื้อ คะแนนความรู้ด้านการยศาสตร์ ระดับความเจ็บปวด และคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตปรับตัวดีขึ้นอย่างมีนัย สำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.001) ในทุกตัวชี้วัด สรุปได้ว่าหลังได้รับโปรแกรมให้ความรู้ด้านการยศาสตร์และการยืดเหยียด กล้ามเนื้อทำให้อาการปวดลดลง ความรู้ด้านการยศาสตร์และคุณภาพชีวิตของบุคลากรที่มีอาการออฟฟิศซินโดรม เพิ่มขึ้น
