การพัฒนารูปแบบการคัดกรองไวรัสตับอักเสบซี โดยอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน

การคัดกรองเพื่อค้นหาไวรัสตับอักเสบซีนั้นช่วยลดการแพร่ กระจายเชื้อและอันตรายที่เกิดขึ้น การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้มี 3 ระยะมี วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการ คัดกรองไวรัสตับอักเสบซีโดย อสม. ประเมินความรู้ การดำเนิน การ และความพึงพอใจต่อการ ตรวจคัดกรองของ อสม. เปรียบ เทียบความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคไวรัสตับ อักเสบซีและความพึงพอใจต่อการ รับบริการของประชาชนระหว่างการ รับบริการโดย อสม. กับโดยเจ้า หน้าที่สาธารณสุขศึกษาใน อสม. กับเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขกลุ่มละ 66 คน และประชาชนผู้รับการตรวจ คัดกรองโดย อสม. และเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขกลุ่มละ 440 คน รูปแบบการคัดกรองไวรัสตับอักเสบซี โดย อสม. ประกอบด้วย 1) การ ประชาสัมพันธ์ 2) การเตรียม อุปกรณ์ และ 3) การให้บริการตรวจ วินิจฉัย ทั้งนี้ อสม. ร้อยละ 98.5 มี ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสตับ อักเสบซีในระดับดี, ร้อยละ 63.7 ดำเนินการตรวจคัดกรองในระดับ มาก และร้อยละ 95.5 พึงพอใจต่อ การตรวจคัดกรองในระดับสูง ผล การคัดกรองพบว่าประชาชนผู้รับ บริการตรวจคัดกรองโดย อสม. มี คะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ 9.28 ± 2.82 คะแนน (จากคะแนนเต็ม 15 คะแนน) น้อยกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการ ตรวจคัดกรองโดยเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขซึ่งเท่ากับ 9.89 ± 3.00 คะแนนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = 0.002) แต่พึงพอใจต่อการได้ รับการตรวจคัดกรองไม่แตกต่างกัน (p = 0.121) ดังนั้น ควรขยายการใช้รูปแบบการคัดกรองโรคไวรัสตับอักเสบซีโดย อสม. ต่อไป
