การผ่าตัดทำทางเบี่ยงหลอดเลือดหัวใจเป็นการผ่าตัดใหญ่ซึ่งสำคัญต่อชีวิต การวิจัยและพัฒนาแบบเปรียบเทียบก่อน-หลังครั้งนี้เพื่อพัฒนารูป แบบการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดทำทางเบี่ยงหลอดเลือดหัวใจและประเมิน ผลลัพธ์ของการพัฒนาระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคมถึงเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2564 ณ หอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมหัวใจและทรวงอกกับห้องผู้ป่วยหนัก ศัลยกรรมหัวใจและทรวงอก โรงพยาบาลพุทธชินราช พิษณุโลก การ พัฒนาแบ่งเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน: ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสถานการณ์ ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดทำทางเบี่ยงหลอดเลือดหัวใจ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 นำรูปแบบที่พัฒนาไปใช้ ขั้นตอนที่ 4 ประเมินผลลัพธ์การ พยาบาล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหาและนำเสนอเป็นค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อย ละค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่ามัธยฐาน (Q1, Q3) เปรียบ เทียบข้อมูลด้วยการทดสอบ McNemar, paired t, Wilcoxon signed ranks, chi-square, Mann Whitney U และ independent t กำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 พบว่าหลังใช้รูป แบบการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดทำทางเบี่ยงหลอดเลือดหัวใจที่พัฒนาขึ้น ความสามารถในการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยก่อนผ่าตัดเตรียมส่งผ่าตัด ระยะ วิกฤต หลังผ่าตัดระยะต่อเนื่อง และความรู้ในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลสูง กว่าก่อนใช้รูปแบบการพยาบาลฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ วันนอน เฉลี่ยรวมในโรงพยาบาลลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ดังนั้น ผู้บริหาร การพยาบาลควรใช้รูปแบบการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดทำทางเบี่ยงหลอด เลือดหัวใจที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้แก่ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดภายในโรงพยาบาล เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยจากภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังผ่าตัด
