การผ่าตัดซ่อมแซมกระดูกขากรรไกรล่างด้วยกระดูกน่องในผู้ป่วยรายแรก ของโรงพยาบาลพุทธชินราช พิษณุโลก: First Case of Mandibular Reconstruction with Fibula Free Flap in Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital

บทคัดย่อ

Some patients with large defect of mandibles cannot reconstruct with bone grafting technique.
It needs to use free flap and microsurgery technique. This report case was the patient with ameloblastoma of mandible. He was the first case of mandibular reconstruction with fibula free flap in Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital. After surgery, the fibula free flap was completely anastomosed with the mandible. The two ramus of mandible looked symmetrical. No relapsed after 2 years follow up. His leg function was also normal. This case was the successful startup of microsurgery in Buddhachinaraj Phitsanulok Hospital.
