FACOTRS RELATED TO THE EFFICIENCYOF THE NON-BUDGET DISBURSEMENT THROUGH GFMIS SYSTEM, CHOMPHON KHET UDOMSAK HOSPITAL

Abstract

The purpose ofdescriptive research was to study the relationship between personal factors of staff, the properties of computer for recording data in the system and the efficiency of the non-budget disbursement.Multi-stage random sampling was used to select the sample group of 410 items. The research instrument is a recording form and collecting data from secondary sources. Data collection was conducted between July– December, 2017. The statistical analysis used was Percentage, frequency, and Chi-Square. Data were analyzed by the program.

The result of research as follow

            The disbursement efficiency was 86.60%and an average of 44.09 days, that has not spent time less than 90 days. The relationship between personal factors in sex, type of government official, job position, type of officer,work experience,and properties of computer for recording data in the browser systemdid not correlate with the efficiency of disbursement of non budgetin time.The system of operation of the features computer for recording data is has a positively correlation with the high level of the efficiency of disbursement of non budgetin time statistically significant at .05.
