ความชุกและปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัย จังหวัดสกลนคร

บทคัดย่อ

บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าเป็นปัญหาทางสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญระดับโลกที่มีแนวโน้มการใช้มากขึ้นในกลุ่มเยาวชนและนักศึกษา ประเทศไทยแม้จะมีกฎหมายห้ามนำเข้าและจำหน่ายบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า แต่ความชุกการใช้ยังคงสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์ภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง ในจังหวัดสกลนคร จำนวน 250 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิอย่างเป็นระบบ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ระหว่างวันที่ 1 ถึง 26 ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2568

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษามีอายุเฉลี่ย 19.8 ปี (S.D. = 1.0) ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 58.0 เคยใช้บุหรี่มวน ร้อยละ 17.2 เคยดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ร้อยละ 56.8 มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 58.0 มีทัศนคติเชิงลบต่อการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ร้อยละ 79.6 ความชุกของผู้เคยใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ร้อยละ 22.8 การวิเคราะห์สถิติถดถอยพหุลอจิสติกส์ พบปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า 4 ปัจจัย คือ เคยใช้บุหรี่มวน (AOR = 7.4, 95%CI = 2.9 - 18.7) ไม่เคยพบเห็นสื่อโฆษณาเกี่ยวกับการห้ามใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (AOR = 5.6, 95%CI = 2.3 - 13.6) มีคนในครอบครัวใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (AOR = 4.8, 95%CI = 1.5 - 15.1) และเคยดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ (AOR = 4.6, 95%CI = 1.7 - 12.3) ดังนั้น ควรมีการเฝ้าระวังการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในกลุ่มเสี่ยงซึ่งมีประวัติการใช้บุหรี่มวนหรือดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ และผู้ที่มีคนในครอบครัวที่ใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า รวมทั้งมีการพัฒนารูปแบบสื่อรณรงค์ห้ามใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าให้มีความหลากหลายและเข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมายได้อย่างครอบคลุมและจำเพาะเจาะจงมากขึ้น ร่วมกับการรณรงค์การไม่ใช้บุหรี่มวนและแอลกอฮอล์ เพื่อป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าที่ตามมา
