เดินเท้าเปล่า ฉันข้าวมื้อเดียว กวาดใจให้สงบ บทเรียนสุขภาพจากกิจวัตรพระสงฆ์สู่การดำเนินชีวิตอย่างมีสุขภาวะในศตวรรษที่ 21

กิจวัตรประจำวันของพระสงฆ์ในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาทซึ่งดำเนินสืบเนื่องมากว่า 2,500 ปี ตามหลักพระธรรมวินัย ปรากฏว่ามีความสอดคล้องกับองค์ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพสมัยใหม่ในหลายมิติ บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสอดคล้องดังกล่าวอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยบูรณาการกิจวัตรของพระสงฆ์เถรวาท 3 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) การเดินบิณฑบาตโดยไม่สวมรองเท้า 2) การบริโภคอาหารเฉพาะในช่วงเวลาที่พระวินัยกำหนด และ 3) การดำเนินกิจวัตรด้วยสติสัมปชัญญะและความสำรวม เข้ากับหลักฐานทางวิทยาศาสตร์ร่วมสมัย เพื่อเสนอกรอบแนวคิดส่งเสริมสุขภาวะองค์รวมสำหรับประชาชนทุกช่วงวัยในสังคมไทย การศึกษานี้ใช้วิธีการทบทวนวรรณกรรมเชิงบูรณาการ (Integrative literature review) จากงานวิจัยระดับนานาชาติในวารสารชั้นนำ อาทิ New England Journal of Medicine, Scientific Reports และ Nature Communications รวมถึงฐานข้อมูล PubMed/PMC ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากิจวัตรทั้งสามมีกลไกทางสรีรวิทยาและจิตวิทยาที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ในการลดการอักเสบเรื้อรัง ปรับสมดุลระบบเมแทบอลิซึม ชะลอความเสื่อมของสมอง และเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางจิตใจ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง การเดินด้วยเท้าเปล่าสอดคล้องกับหลักการ Earthing/Grounding การฉันอาหารในช่วงเวลาจำกัดสอดคล้องกับ Intermittent fasting และการทำกิจวัตรด้วยสติสอดคล้องกับ Mindfulness-based intervention
ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าวิถีของพระสงฆ์มิได้เป็นเพียงระบบปฏิบัติทางศาสนาที่แยกจากชีวิตสมัยใหม่ แต่เป็นต้นแบบสุขภาวะที่วิทยาศาสตร์ร่วมสมัยให้การสนับสนุน บทความนี้จึงเสนอกรอบแนวปฏิบัติที่ประยุกต์จากวิถีสงฆ์สู่การส่งเสริมสุขภาพ โดยแบ่งตามช่วงวัย เพื่อเปิดมุมมองใหม่ต่อมรดกทางพุทธศาสนาในฐานะทรัพยากรส่งเสริมสุขภาวะที่มีต้นทุนต่ำและสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริงในชีวิตประจำวัน
