Abstract

This research objectives were to study Stress and stress factors affecting undergraduates Faculty of
Nursing and the Faculty of Public Health Chalermkarnchana College, Sisaket Province.Population and sample
used in the study were undergraduate students Faculty of Nursing And the Faculty of Public Health
Chalermkarnchana College, Sisaket Province, the second semester of the academic year 2552 total of 322
peoples and a stratified random sampling were the 161 peoples.A tools used to collect data was a
questionnaire and a tool used to analyze data using averages and percentages.
The study found that levels of behavioral or emotional of the sample. Overall in the low level
(X = 0.83), ordered from high average to low average in the 3 level were frustrated annoying in a low level
(X = 1.13), insomnia because nervousness in the low level (X = 1.10), and feel that they can not concentrate in
the low level (X = 1.02), respectively.
Factors that affect the stress of the sample. Overall in the low level (X = 2.10), ordered from high
average to low average were the factor of education is the factor to cause the tension in the medium level
(X = 2.73), factors to cause the tension in the low level were factors of teachers and college (X = 2.32) factors
of the society (X = 2.25) factors of finance (X = 2.16) factors of the community and the environment (X = 2.14)
factors of their own (X = 2.06) factors of the events or the change that happen (X = 1.81) factors of the family
(X = 1.80) and factors of friends (X = 1.60), respectively.
