Objective
          Thai Journal of Pharmacy Practice  is an electronic  journal of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences,  Prince of Songkla University. It is acheived in the TCI database. Since 2019, the journal has increased the number of issues from 2 to 4 issues per year as follows: issue 1 (January-March), issue 2 (April-June), issue 3 (July-September) and issue 4 (October-December). The objective of the journal is to be a medium for dissemination and academic exchange between pharmaceutical researchers, pharmacists, and academics in related fields, medical and other public health personnel, as well as being a source for disseminating graduate research.


Scope of the journal

                Thai Journal of Pharmacy Practice  publishes articles on pharmacy practice  including pharmaceutical care, social pharmacy, pharmacy administration, pharmaceutical economics, epidemiology of drugs and health products, public health pharmacy, behavioral pharmacy, consumer protection in drugs and medicine, pharmacy law, pharmacy ethics, drug and health policy and the application of social science and management in pharmacy practice.

             The journal may publish articles that are not directly related to pharmacy if the editorial team deems that the content is beneficial to pharmacy practitioners or can be applied to pharmacy practice. 


Type of published article
             Published articles may be in the form of review articles, research articles, or book reviews. The content of the manuscript must be original without copying from any sources. Original manuacripts submitted to the journal  forconsideration must not have been published in any source before. and must not be under consideration by other journals
              As for some articles that have been published, for example, published in conference proceedings. The editor may accept the submission if the author can demonstrate that the submitted manuscript contains significant work  additional to the original work and provides a deeper level of knowledge. The authors must also state in the article that they have published part of the article..

Policy
            The journal uses peer review process as a quality assurance tool for academic articles. Effective July 6, 2021, the articles that are published must be reviewed by at least 3 reviewers who were affiliated with an organization  that is not the institution where the authors belong to. The evaluation by reviewers is double blinded, meaning the name of the article's authors is concealed from the reviewers. and the auhtors of the article does not know the name of the reviewers.
             However, the research results and opinions expressed in the article are the opinions and are the responsibility of the authors. It is not the opinion or responsibility of the editorial team. or Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Prince of Songkla University. This does not include typing errors.

           Articles published by Thai Journal of Pharmacy Practice  are copyrighted by the journal. Before publishing the article, all authors must sign a letter transferring rights on the article to the journal using the specified form. The journal is willing to consider requests for permission to use articles from those interested. The requester must fill out the request form completely and send it to sanguan.L@psu.ac.th in .docx format only. In the signature fields,  the requester.could use an electronic signature . The journal may not consider hard copy (paper) or pdf file formats of request. Currently, the journal does not charge a fee for article use.
