การพัฒนาและประเมินผลโมบายแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อพัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวาน และประเมินผลโมบายแอปพลิเคชันในเรื่องระบบการทำงาน ความถูกต้อง ความเหมาะสม และความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน วิธีการ: ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลสภาพปัญหาและข้อมูลที่ต้องการในโมบายแอปพลิเคชันโดยสัมภาษณ์แพทย์ พยาบาล เภสัชกร นักโภชนาการ และนักกายภาพบำบัด วิชาชีพละ 1 ท่าน และอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) ที่เป็นโรคเบาหวาน 3 ท่าน หลังจากนั้น นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาพัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชันด้วยโปรแกรม THUNKABLE และตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 3 ท่าน ประเมินความถูกต้องเหมาะสมของเนื้อหาในโมบายแอปพลิเคชันโดยการสัมภาษณ์บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ 7 ท่าน และอสม.ที่เป็นโรคเบาหวาน 3 ท่าน การประเมินความพึงพอใจทำในผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน 60 คน ผลการวิจัย: โมบายแอปพลิเคชันคู่มือเบาหวานมีองค์ประกอบ 4 ส่วน ได้แก่ เบาหวานเบาใจ ยาเบาหวาน อาหารและโภชนาการ และการออกกำลังกาย ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.67 ± 0.48 (คะแนนเต็ม 5) ผลการประเมินความถูกต้องเหมาะสมของเนื้อหาด้านองค์ประกอบทั่วไปและความถูกต้องของเนื้อหามีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.85 ± 0.38 (คะแนนเต็ม 5) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วยในภาพรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.86 ± 0.37 (คะแนนเต็ม 5) สรุป: โมบายแอปพลิเคชันที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ป่วยและบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ และเป็นที่พึงพอใจของผู้ใช้งาน ควรนำไปขยายผลการใช้งานในโรงพยาบาลและชุมชน รวมถึงส่งเสริมให้ อสม.ใช้เป็นเครื่องมือสนับสนุนการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน และควรพัฒนาโมบายแอปพลิเคชันอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้ความรู้และสะดวกต่อการใช้งาน
