การพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลยาเสพติดตามกฎหมายประเทศไทยในรูปแบบออนไลน์

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลยาเสพติดตามกฎหมายประเทศไทยในรูปแบบออนไลน์ที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน และประเมินประสิทธิภาพของฐานข้อมูลที่พัฒนาขึ้นในด้านความพึงพอใจในภาพรวม ประโยชน์ในการใช้งานระบบ คุณภาพของข้อมูล และคุณภาพของส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้ วิธีการ: การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนาและประเมินผลโดยใช้กระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์แบบน้ำตก ผู้วิจัยได้รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน พัฒนาฐานข้อมูลในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันโดยใช้ภาษา PHP และ MySQL โครงสร้างฐานข้อมูลถูกพัฒนาตามแบบจำลองเชิงสัมพันธ์ในระดับนอร์มัลฟอร์มที่ 3 ข้อมูลในระบบถูกบูรณาการจากแหล่งข้อมูลที่มีมาตรฐาน อาทิ องค์การอนามัยโลก และ DrugBank ฐานข้อมูลที่พัฒนาผ่านการประเมินโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านข้อมูลยาเสพติดและสารสนเทศทางสุขภาพ รวม 6 คน ก่อนส่งให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างรวม 48 คน ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มประชาชนทั่วไป ผู้ประกอบการ และเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ ประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อระบบโดยใช้แบบประเมินที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น ผลการวิจัย: ฐานข้อมูลที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถทำงานได้ตามฟังก์ชันที่กำหนด และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน ผลการประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่า ระบบผ่านเกณฑ์ในทุกหัวข้อ ทั้งด้านความถูกต้องของข้อมูลและประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ผู้ใช้งานมีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจ 4.82±0.22 จากคะแนนเต็ม 5 สรุป: ฐานข้อมูลของยาเสพติดที่พัฒนาขึ้น สามารถทำงานได้ตามฟังก์ชันที่กำหนด และตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน โดยช่วยแก้ไขข้อจำกัดของระบบเดิมทำให้สามารถสืบค้นข้อมูลยาเสพติดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ระบบยังช่วยสนับสนุนการทำงานของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐในการกำกับดูแลและเฝ้าระวังการแพร่ระบาดของยาเสพติด และอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ประกอบการในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลเพื่อการปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย
