บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความรู้และความเห็นของผู้ประกอบการร้านยาเกี่ยวกับโครงการร้านยาคุณภาพและปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความตั้งใจที่จะเข้าร่วมโครงการดังกล่าว วิธีการ: การศึกษาเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางครั้งนี้ส่งแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ประกอบการร้านยา 410 รายที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโครงการร้านยาคุณภาพ การวิเคราะห์หาปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความตั้งใจที่จะเข้าร่วมโครงการร้านยาคุณภาพใช้ logistic regression ผลการวิจัย: ผู้ประกอบการ 139 รายตอบกลับแบบสอบถาม (ร้อยละ 33.90) ผู้ประกอบการร้อยละ 73.95 มีความรู้ต่อข้อกำหนดของโครงการร้านยาคุณภาพในภาพรวม และเห็นด้วยต่อข้อกำหนดของโครงการฯ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.17±0.67 จากคะแนนเต็ม 5) ผู้ประกอบการร้อยละ 60.43 ตั้งใจเข้าร่วมในโครงการฯ ปัจจัยลักษณะทางประชากรและสังคม และความรู้ต่อโครงการฯ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความตั้งใจที่จะเข้าร่วมโครงการฯ แต่ความเห็นต่อประโยชน์จากการเข้าร่วมโครงการฯ ที่เพิ่มขึ้น 1 คะแนนสัมพันธ์กับความตั้งใจเข้าร่วมโครงการฯ ที่เพิ่มขึ้น 2.37 เท่าตัว (95% CI: 1.031-5.444, P=0.042) อย่างไรก็ตามผู้ประกอบการที่ตอบกลับแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเภสัชกร อายุ 30 – 39 ปี และมีประสบการณ์การดำเนินธุรกิจร้านยาน้อยกว่า 10 ปี ผู้ประกอบการส่วนใหญ่ไม่ทราบแนวทางตามข้อกำหนดของโครงการฯ ในบางหัวข้อ ได้แก่ เรื่อง”ค่าธรรมเนียมในการสมัครโครงการ ฯ” “การให้บริการ telepharmacy” “การจัดกิจกรรมหรือบริการสาธารณะเพื่อชุมชนตามมาตรฐานที่ 5” “สิทธิประโยชน์ลดอัตราค่าธรรมเนียมในการรับรองร้านยาคุณภาพ” และ“สิทธิการเข้าร่วมและใช้งานโปรแกรมประยุกต์จากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง” สรุป: ปัจจุบันผู้ประกอบการมีความตั้งใจเข้าร่วมร้านยาคุณภาพมากขึ้นกว่าที่รายงานจากการศึกษาในอดีต ควรจูงใจผู้ประกอบการโดยจัดกิจกรรมหรือประชาสัมพันธ์ที่เน้นเรื่องสิทธิประโยชน์ที่ได้รับจากการเข้าร่วมร้านยาคุณภาพ ในกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็นเภสัชกรรุ่นใหม่ และเพิ่มความชัดเจนในประเด็นแนวทางตามข้อกำหนดของร้านยาคุณภาพแบบใหม่
