บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อประเมินความรู้ของผู้ป่วยในการใช้ยาโคลซาปีนภายหลังจากการได้รับคำแนะนำปรึกษาจากเภสัชกร วิธีการ: งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยกึ่งเชิงทดลอง เภสัชกรให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับยาโคลซาปีนแก่ผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปในแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลพระศรีมหาโพธิ์ การศึกษาวัดความรู้ผู้ป่วยโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 15 ข้อ ทั้งหมด 3 ครั้ง คือ ก่อนได้รับคำแนะนำปรึกษา หลังได้รับคำแนะนำปรึกษาทันที และ 1 เดือนหลังได้รับคำแนะนำปรึกษา ผลการวิจัย: ผู้ป่วยถูกคัดเลือกเข้ารับการศึกษา 62 ราย มีผู้ป่วย 45 รายตอบแบบสอบถามครบทั้ง 3 ครั้ง ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้ของผู้ป่วยหลังได้รับคำแนะนำปรึกษาทันที (11.78±0.42 จากคะแนนเต็ม 15) เพิ่มขึ้นจากก่อนได้รับคำแนะนำปรึกษา (5.76±0.36) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<0.05) ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้ของผู้ป่วย 1 เดือนหลังได้รับคำแนะนำปรึกษา (11.67±0.49) ไม่แตกต่างจากหลังได้รับคำปรึกษาทันที (P=1.00) สรุป: ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้ของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาโคลซาปีนหลังได้รับคำแนะนำปรึกษาจากเภสัชกรเพิ่มขึ้นและยังคงอยู่จนถึง 1 เดือนหลังได้รับคำปรึกษา
