ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการได้รับรองระบบมาตรฐานอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย (ISO 45001)

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยภายในและภายนอก และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์กับความสำเร็จในการได้รับรองระบบมาตรฐานอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยมาตรฐาน ISO 45001 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ องค์กรที่ได้รับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 45001 จำนวน 94 แห่ง คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบเป็นระบบ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรง (IOC = 0.85) และความเชื่อมั่น (Cronbach's = 0.84) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมีการปฏิบัติมากที่สุดมี 7 ปัจจัยที่ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ได้แก่ ข้อกำหนดกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง (
= 0.358) การวางแผนและระบบติดตาม (
= 0.325) ข้อกำหนดทางการค้า (
= 0.312) การสร้างแรงจูงใจ (
= 0.285) การจัดสรรทรัพยากร (
= 0.258) บริษัทที่ปรึกษา (
= 0.235) และความมุ่งมั่นของฝ่ายบริหาร (
= 0.215) ตัวแปรทั้ง 7 ร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนร้อยละ 64.0 (R² = 0.640, Adjusted R² = 0.611, F = 21.85, p < .001) หน่วยงานกำกับดูแลควรเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบังคับใช้กฎหมายควบคู่กับการสนับสนุนให้องค์กรพัฒนาระบบการวางแผนติดตามผล และใช้มาตรฐาน ISO 45001 เป็นเครื่องมือเชิงกลยุทธ์ยกระดับความปลอดภัยสู่วัฒนธรรมองค์กร
