การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะอัตลักษณ์จริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สุราษฎร์ธานี คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ สถาบันพระบรมราชชนก

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณลักษณะอัตลักษณ์จริยธรรม และเพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะอัตลักษณ์จริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล จำนวน 536 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะอัตลักษณ์จริยธรรม ค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .90 และวิเคราะห์หาค่าความเที่ยงด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์แอลฟาครอนบาคของแต่ละองค์ประกอบ รวมทั้งฉบับได้เท่ากับ .98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบร่วม หมุนแกนองค์ประกอบแบบมุมแหลมด้วยอ๊อบลิมินตรง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. คุณลักษณะอัตลักษณ์จริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สุราษฎร์ธานี ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 4.53, SD = 0.43) เมื่อพิจารณารายองค์ประกอบพบว่า องค์ประกอบด้านการเคารพนับถือ มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด (M = 4.60, SD = 0.46) รองลงมาคือ องค์ประกอบด้านสัจจะ (M = 4.55, SD = 0.47) ส่วนองค์ประกอบด้านความพอเพียง มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด (M = 4.42, SD = 0.47)
2. องค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะอัตลักษณ์จริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ องค์ประกอบด้านความรับผิดชอบมีจำนวนตัวแปร 17 ตัวแปร ด้านการเคารพนับถือมีจำนวนตัวแปร 10 ตัวแปร ด้านความพอเพียงมีจำนวนตัวแปร 11 ตัวแปร และด้านความสามัคคีมีจำนวนตัวแปร 11 ตัวแปร โดย มีร้อยละความแปรปรวนสะสมค่าสุดท้ายเท่ากับร้อยละ 64.514
จากข้อค้นพบนี้ ผู้วิจัยสามารถนำข้อมูลจากการใช้แบบประเมินอัตลักษณ์จริยธรรม ไปเป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนการพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร และการปลูกฝังจริยธรรมทั้งในห้องเรียนและการฝึกปฏิบัติทางคลินิกอย่างต่อเนื่อง
