Development of Participation Prehospital Care Model for Aging in Mae Tum Stream, Phayao Province

Abstract

                This action research based on Stringer concept aim to develop model of participation prehospital care of participation. Two hundred and five participants composed of three groups: supporters; practitioners and; researchers were community and academic researchers. Data collection were using by inept-interview, observation, survey, forums, after action review and empowerment evaluation. Data were analyzed by domain analysis, freelist analysis, frequency, rank, mean, standard deviation, PNImodified and paired t-test. Research finding showed that the model of pre-hospital care of participation for aging comprised of three components as follows: (1) structures was context where was a basin of river where reciprocal and kinship community; human capital who were health personal and political personal; community organizations; intellectual capital inside and outside of community; (2) process were  socialization based on context, likely formal organization, supporting and participation of human capital and community organization and ; (3) evaluation were  after action review and empowerment evaluation. The result of process  model lead to construct prehospital care activities for aging which built participants to significant increasing knowledge, perceived self-efficacy and outcome expectation at <0.001.   Stakeholders should be took research results to set up measurement, planning and construct pre-hospital care activities for people in the area study
